Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Sisi Astrology (sisiastrology.com), operated by Sparksverse Pty Ltd (ABN: 82 461 882 152). We appreciate your trust in our services and want to ensure a fair policy for all customers.
2. Digital Products & Services
All digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Master Sisi Deep Tarot Reading reports
- Birth chart and natal chart AI interpretations
- Numerology life path analysis reports
- Daily/weekly/monthly horoscope premium reports
- Crystal healing recommendations
- Compatibility and relationship reports
- Any other AI-generated digital content
Due to the personalized and instantly delivered nature of our digital products, they cannot be returned or "unused" once generated and delivered.
3. Service Not Received
If you have paid for a service but did not receive the product or report:
- Please contact us within 7 days of purchase
- We will investigate and re-deliver the service at no additional cost
- If we are unable to deliver the service due to a technical issue on our end, we will offer a full refund

4. Physical Products
For any physical products we may offer in the future, the following policy applies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
- Faulty or defective products: You are entitled to a replacement or refund
- Product not as described: You are entitled to a replacement or refund
- Product not fit for purpose: You are entitled to a replacement or refund
- Change of mind: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrectly sent items.

- Include your order number or payment receipt
- Describe the issue you experienced
- We will respond within 2 business days
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
